100% inspection of finished products

ALL of our transformers will be 100% tested before shipment. We have a packaging line, and our quality department staff will be responsible for doing the relevant electrical performance test for each product. They also will record the test data and results according to the specific standard. Therefore, we refer to this production line as "simulated customer test production line"

We will perform some test according to customer's requirements. Or usually, we will do the below tests on our transformer,

• Withstand voltage test

• Insulation resistance test

• Inter-turn frequency multiplication test

• Electrical performance test

• Transformer aging test

• Product appearance inspection
