IQC - Transformer core test

The iron core is also one of the very important raw materials in the production of toroidal transformers! Our IQC team will perform iron loss test and no-load current test on the core and will record the test data and results.

In addition to rejecting unqualified iron cores, if the failure rate exceeds our acceptance criteria, the entire shipment will be rejected by our IQC.
